LINKS™ Certification Workshop

LINKS™ three-day certification workshop prepares staff to deliver LINKS™ high-impact, hands-on metacognitive strategy workshops in the school district. Participants learn to use EPSI's PowerPoint® presentations, agendas, and workshop materials to plan and organize workshops, in addition to mentoring staff and supporting the building principal through implementation of LINKS strategies.

Certifying district level LINKS™ trainers will build district capacity to initiate and maintain implementation of LINKS™ metacognitive learning strategies. Certified district trainers will provide teachers with the support needed to sustain effective implementation in the classroom by infusing strategy instruction into daily work. Ultimately, the students receive consistent strategy instruction as they learn to become independent readers, writers, and thinkers.
